Some of the ones I read, have been mentioned, like Least I Could Do, Looking For Group, Dominic Deegan, Penny & Aggie, Cool Cat Studio (which already finished) and mentioned as an afterthought, Eerie Cuties. Others (comics and graphic novels) are Ctrl+Alt+Del, School Bites, Bear Nuts, Yu+Me: dream (which ended recently), Dreamless (also ended), The Becoming and finally, but in my opinion, one of the best reads, The Meek. The Meek is...just amazing. Great story, plot, characters, art, etc. Certainly worth to check out if you're into comics with a more serious and at times, darker tone/plot but still very beautiful and colorful art.

LOL, while making the list I was going to add Candi. >BrainFart< I can tell it's already time for me to go sleep!

Not a webcomic, apparently, but a dead tree edition -- Archie Comics re-imagined as a prison drama. WTF... Here's a more detailed description...

Grrl Power

Very much meant to be a "guy's comic" because it's going to be a super-hero story primarily about incredibly gorgeous women doing cheesecake. Even so, I think it's looking promising. At the time of this post, it's only up to 35 strips, so it wouldn't take long to get through the archive. It's updated weekly on Monday.

I just recently found out about Lackadaisy. It's the lovechild of Jazz and cats! Pretty good, imho. :3
The bad thing about it is that it's not regularly updated.

Not all that good, really. The art looks more like a rip-off of, rather than an homage to, Calvin and Hobbes. And the jokes are very forced and uncreative.

Drowtales (Manga, beautifully drawn, great story, and updates 6 days a week) www.drowtales.com
The Order of the Stick (DnD stuff, stick figures, fun) www.giantitp.com
The Dreamland Chronicles http://www.thedreamlandchronicles.com/
The Dreamer http://thedreamercomic.com/comic.php
Earthsong: www.earthsongsaga.com
Xylia (on hiatus, but totally worth following when it comes back. Magnificent art, good story).
There is also Fey Winds, Wayfarer's Moon, and Wooden Rose (but I don't have the links on hand).

I think that some of my recent webcomic additions would go down well here:

Imy
Selkie
Odori Park

{edit}

Althought it's different in nature, I think some here would be interested in:

Paradigm Shift
also
Night Zero
Navigating the archive: The bits with links that state "Ep. #" tell the story and the other links (on top) are side stories that have background on the main characters and others. The older stuff is to the right hand side of the main archive page.

It's a science fiction comic by Dave Kellet, the author/artist who draws Sheldon.

I use [www.thewebcomicslist.com] to organize all of my comics since my browser bookmarks always get deleted in computer crashes, it's not the most accurate or reliable listing, but 99% of all the comics i read can be found or added to the list there ^_^ (above is the link to my recommended favorites list)
