Free Ebooks!

So, I found this Ebook on Kindle that is free today. I just got it and I have read some of it so far. I don't actually own a kindle, but since you can read it online in the store without one, and it was free? I figured I'd give it a shot.

It's called the Pale Watcher, by OJ Connell. He has a few other stories out, so if I like this one I may read some more. He's got a blog too! I think he is pretty funny, personally.

Oh, lol, here is the link http://www.amazon.com/Watcher-Files-Edgar-Sullivan-ebook/dp/B007QJ947I/ref=zg_bs_157060011_4 !

Does anyone else have any recommendations for free Ebooks, or just in general? I've got a little time on my hands lately and I am looking to get back to reading more traditional books 'n things! TIA!

When you see a free ebook on Amazon you thing you might want to read someday, you should grab it then. When I follow your link it's now priced $2.99 for the Kindle.

I've pulled in a lot of free books for the Kindle but a lot of them are old stuff, but still good.

Depending on your sense of humor, you may like Martian Invaders Meet Mom

It could do with a bit of editing, but Neptune Crossing is reasonably good

One for Sorrow: A John, the Lord Chamberlain Mystery is just good.

Amazon has an extensive free collection of Fairy Tales, Jules Verne, H.G. Wells, Robert Louis Stevenson, Arthur Conan Doyle's Lost World stuff, Bram Stoker, Mary Shelley's Frankenstein, Edgar Allen Poe, Baroness Emmuska Orczy, and tons of others I'm just not thinking of. Their search ordered by price is your friend, even though the ordering isn't exact.

Anything that's out of copy right is free on Amazon. So if you search for classic authors you can't go far wrong.

or go to

http://www.gutenberg.org/
Free e-books galore! (and it's got a random book function if you just want to try something new)
