Which makes me hope she isn't going to do something nasty or say something nasty. Cuz if she just goes with anything her ex says,I don't got much faith in her.

Actually I think it was the other way around. She influenced his father to cut him off for his (Trev's) own good. Otherwise his father is cool with him being irresponsible and dependent.

But now, has Trever's increasing maturity been noticed?

Probably not? They don't seem to spend much time together.

This is where she learns how hard he's been working and how sad he is to be missing Matt and then she pays for Trevor to go visit Matt...or not.
