I don't think Fitz is going to fuck her. She's probably already fucking the dean, or something. How else could someone like her have gotten as far as she has?

No it isn't? How in the fuck is this misogynistic when there's literally nothing in my statement that is woman hating. -____- You can be prejudiced against men. But sexism against them doesn't actually exist. Like misogyny describes sexism that involves women. WOMEN. Misandry is the prejudice against men.

I did explain how it's homophobic. Because it means it literally means they must be gay to not want a woman. Because somehow not desiring a woman who is personally gross or worse is somehow gay. Like. Dude. It's using gay as a horrible excuse/insult as for why they don't want the woman.

Suggesting that the only males who have enough class to not be eager to have sex with such a woman are homosexuals, is homophobic? I'd say it's heterophobic. Or maybe androphobic.

Gee. Using gay as an insult isn't homophobic. Wow...no. Heterophobia isn't real by the way. At all. It doesn't exist. Just no.

A person CAN turn down someone he can't abide without his or her orientation being questioned. I don't see any big rush to question Candi's focus merely because she's wary of Chris, after all. Also, I should think everyone else in the faculty finds her to be an ENTERTAINING bullshit artist so don't respond well to Fitz's wish that she was elsewhere.

Hmm. Maybe? Like I dunno. How many people can put up with this for so long?

Sexism can be used against men. Racism can be used against white people. It's literally just prejudice based on gender and race. It has nothing to do with a gender or race being in a power position for those words, so anyone saying that sexism or racism doesn't apply to [blank] is wrong if it's based on sex or race respectively.

Meh, I just read it that Fitz was shocked (and maybe repulsed) because of her inappropriate response. I think most decent men in a position of authority would be.

It cannot be used. You literally do not understand how either actually are. Because racism and sexism are based on power and systematic abuse that is literally ingrained in our society from microagression to macroagression.

You can't be sexist to men or racist to white people. It isn't a thing.

You really want to assert that women are that much less capable than men? Misogynistic.

And do you also really think that suggesting someone is gay is automatically homophobic, even when it's based on observed behavior that does in fact correlate (albeit insufficiently well to justify the conclusion) with someone being gay? That's a rather homophobic attitude.

The rest of your "hatred only happens in one direction" post... just no. Everyone's capable of hatred. Everyone's subject to being hated for stupid reasons such as bigotry.

And saying "bigotry-based hatred of THEM doesn't count" is a perfect example of bigotry-based hatred of THEM.

Yeah, that's what I was thinking--not only is she flirting with him, but that he's annoyed (and then some) by what she's doing. :P Srsly, this whole "maybe he's gay" discussion completely came out of left field.

While the Oxford dictionary does say that sexism is *typically* against women, nowhere in that dictionary (or any dictionary) does it say that sexism against men does not happen. Nor does the Oxford definition of sexism include anything about only including prejudice against someone with lesser power. Same with the definition of racism--nowhere does the definition say one cannot be sexist against whites.

The only place I've seen the "racism/sexism = prejudice + power" definition is uncited sources on the internet (typically tumblr), and the Oxford Dictionary is a lot more credible than that.

Yo. No. None of what I wrote misogynistic I never said women aren't capable. You're literally shoving something into what I said that ain't true. And I ain't homophobic? Like dude. I'm bi. I have seen this crap. And it's usually used as a bad stereotyping.

Men do NOT experience sexism. White people do NOT experience racism. It's an inherent thing ingrained in our society based in power. Which involves privilege. -______-

LadyO, when you look in a mirror, do you see yourself? Or just what's behind you?

I've been literally stoned (with stones) for the crime of walking on the sidewalk while white. How is that not racism? I've read that all males are rapists. How is that not sexism? And feel free to point out where, in any reputable dictionary, EITHER of those terms have anything to do with power or privilege.

And yes, saying that there's something (that is purely a mental thing) that men can do and women cannot, is misogynistic. Likewise, saying that any mention of a possibility of someone being gay is an insult implies that TO YOU being gay is degrading - and that means you're displaying a homophobic attitude. I've tried to give you opportunities to crawl out of that hole; so far you've grabbed a shovel and dug.

----------------------------------------------------------

Back to the comic. (And there was loud rejoicing. Yay.)

I note that all Ellen has even promised to do is to START SCHEDULING appointments. And she won't even do that until TOMORROW. A very minimal promise, with a stall. Want to bet it doesn't happen? Mercury went/goes retrograde four times in 2016, and the longest is for less than a month; she's had PLENTY of time to have appointments when it wasn't retrograde, yet there have apparently been no appointments.

(Note: LadyO replied to an earlier version of this message while I was editing.)

Yes that compares to the racial slurs, beatings, murders and historical shit. You did not experience racism. You were assaulted but you didn't experience fucking racism. That isn't sexism against men. There's no fucking thing. It's either anger or a terf trying to be edgy. But sexism against men doesn't exist. AT ALL.

I never said women couldn't do anything. We can hate men. But sexism towards them DOESN'T EXIST.

No I DO NOT. IT HAS BEEN AND ALWAYS HAS BEEN USED TO HURT OTHERS AND USED TO DESCRIBE SOMETHING BAD. BUT hey. WHATEVER. it isn't a homophobic attitude. For shut up.

You're such a delight. Thank you! You're not right about these subjects at all.

Sexism and Racism affect everyone regardless of gender or race. The internet especially social media would have you think otherwise, but trust me they aren't selective discrimination.

Also what Warrl describes is racism-based-assualt, because if they were stoning him because of his skin color, it's racism. I'm white and I have been discriminated by Black and Hispanic people. Hell I've been discriminated by other white people because I am not racist, and I've seen my Black friends be discriminated by their own communities by not living up to 'their standards and rules' such as reporting a crime, and then being labelled a 'snitch' because how dare they talk to 'the man'!

Racism and prejudice is a sickness that infects all walks of life, regardless of color, religion, race or hell species.

A fucking Disney Movie, Zootopia, encapsulates prejudice and it's forms and how NOBODY is free from it perfectly.

Wow. No. Not even. At all. It doesn't fucking exist. Sexism towards men doesn't exist.

That's not the same fucking thing at all. Thanks for playing!! Not even. -____-

Don't even try that. Just don't. White people DO NOT EXPERIENCE RACISM. We DON'T. We literally benefit from it. For fucks sake. Just stop trying to say this shit.
