Bad Date? 28 August 2015

Sounds like he liked the date more than he expected and doesn't know what to do about it.

C'mon, Chris! Time for another double date! I'm curious what Candi would make of this green haired girl. And then it would be fun to watch Kat needle Candi for info.

Or he expected to feel more conflicted about what he did.

He clearly doesn't want to play the field as much as Chris does.

I think you're right. I'm looking forward to how Chris responds to this and what his advice is going to be. Maybe it'll prompt more introspection about what may be unsatisfying with his current dating persona.

I think you're right. Thad just doesn't like being casual, but he needs to admit it to himself and to Katia first, so that she won't keep using him as a sounding board/practice date.

I don't think he's confused about enjoying the date, I think that by traditional dating parameters, he did have a good date, and is confused about why he's still unhappy. It's a revelatory moment for him.

It actually nicely mirrors Katia's one-night-stand with Alex. She got everything she wanted out of it, only to realize that she didn't really want that.

I wish this board had a 'like' feature. I'd like this post if I could.

One of the most memorable lines I heard from my GM in a roleplaying game was from a spoiled, dysfunctional family member. "My parents gave me everything I wanted, but nothing I needed."
